3 Days desert tour departing from Marrakech

This 3 days 2 night Tour from Marrakech to Merzouga, start at 8 o'clock in the morning, your driver-guide, will pick you up from your accommodation or anywhere you are in Marrakech and drive to Dades Gorges through high Atlas mountains Tizi- N-Tichka (2260m) high, along the way, we will have stops to visit and take pictures for a beautiful landscape with different colors and Berber villages… in midday, we will arrive at the old Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, you will have a free time to visit the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou who has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987, and several movies have been shot there. After your visit and lunch, we will keep driving to Dades Valley, have a stop in Ouarzazate to visit Taourirt Kasbah Afterwards, we go further southeast to the green Dades valley and the city of roses via the fascinating Skoura palmary, we will arrive in Dades Valley in the evening, Dinner and Overnight in a hotel.

After breakfast and shower, we will start our journey to the Sahara Desert, before we leave, we will visit Dades gorges, and will be a great opportunity to take lovely pictures and nice views. We will continue driving toward Tinghir in Todra Gorges there you will have free time to walk around, then we go to Tinjdad town where we stop for lunch, after lunch, we go to Merzouga where the camel trekking tours start from, we will pass through Erfoud the capital village of fossil’s, we will arrive at Merzouga at the afternoon around 16 o'clock to be ready for the camel ride into the Erg Chebbi dunes. Before we leave for to desert, the camels will be packed with water, food, blankets and everything else which we will need for the trip, you will ride camels for 1h 30 inside the dunes of Sahara Erg Chebbi. At your arrival at the camp nomad tents, you will leave your luggage in the tent and can walk in the dunes to watch the beautiful sunset and try a sandboard in the sand dunes! After seeing the sunset, and back to the camp, you are invited to a cup of tea, then have your meal in the camp delicious Moroccan Berber tagine, After dinner, the party will start. Listening to local Berber musicians play traditional music with drums and dancing around the campfire, after the party will be a great opportunity to watch the magical sky full of stars and take lovely pictures. Overnight in a nomad camp.

Early morning your Camelman guide will wake you up to watch the sunrise from the dunes and ride back by camels to the hotel. After breakfast and shower start driving through the huge palm grove of Tafilalet through Rissani, and with Draa valley arrival at Ouarzazate. Time for lunch before our getting back to Marrakech Arrival in the evening, and drop off at your riad or anywhere you want.
